Trufl is an app that allows users to join the waitlists, make reservations, and order food from restaurants. With Trufl, a restaurant guest can plan their interaction according to their distance to avoids unnecessary wait times.
Trufl’s first launch included the functionality of viewing restaurant profiles, joining their waitlists, and editing personal bio in account.
After their successful minimum viable product (MVP) launch in February 2019 , Trufl continued to work with People Tech Group to incorporate new features to give diners more control over their next dining adventure. We also did an accidental, but intentional visual re-design of the entire app.

This is the original sitemap distilled from what was existing in the Trufl app. Our initial sprint with the Trufl team involved adding completely new flows for activities, messages, orders, make a reservation, and events. Joining a waitlist was also reimagined to include make and offer and get seated now. The first version of our sitemap is below.
