In the Winter of 2018-2019, we worked with Ubikite to design their WVD Management web app, redesign their website, and also to design their logo. They were also planning to showcase their product at a booth at the upcoming Microsoft Inspire conference later that year, so as a bonus, we also aided them in creating marketing materials for their booth.

We did informative research on our main competitors in the marketplace to better under what they did well, and also to possibly discover opportunities that we can capitalize on.
User Flows
During the discovery phase, we held many meetings with stakeholders and the dev team to get a better understanding of the problem and user needs. Together, we collaborated on documents that helped us keep track of key user flows and stories.
Ideaton
We sketched and ideated potential interface solutions. Starting from very low fidelity concepts all the way to highly polished visual designs.
The Platform
Ubikite handles organization’s infrastructure whether its already fully on the cloud, set with Windows 10 on-premises, or if its somewhere along the way on a cloud migration journey. Ubikite is the first-of-its-kind platform that makes it possible for IT managers to maintain enterprise-grade infrastructure within one centralized dashboard.
Designs
In creating a site to market the platform, we focused on sleek designs that highlights the ease of use incorporated in the platform itself. We delivered a modern and fresh website with parallax effects.
Logo
Through several iterations, we finally won over the client and got their approval. Then we created a logo design package with different variations, and shared it with them.
