Problem
Current digital solutions for the engagement process are very fragmented.
The process involves different tools for communication or auditing.
Stakeholder workshops
Our team has interviewed industry professionals to understand their needs and process. Meeting with the client to understand the industry and workflows were the key sources to help us design a solution that meets the auditors’ unique needs.
In the auditors’ world, they are expecting work to be done fast, accurate, and requires specific needs.
My role

The business process was complex with many rules and special contingencies.
We found out that existing legacy tools were woefully inadequate; relying solely on the institutional knowledge and vigilance of their personnel to enforce.
Persona & Costumer Journey
We identified Edwin as our target persona for the NTR.
Below on the left is our understanding of how the usual NTR process goes and to the right is our proposal of simplification.
We discovered that the traditional NTR process takes more than 100 hours to complete, and it may take more than a month of typical workdays.
Our client sees the opportunity, and thought is time to revolutionize the traditional way of work.
