Leadership Philosophy
My leadership style is rooted in servant leadership — I lead by supporting, empowering, and advocating for the designers I work with. I focus on removing blockers, creating clarity, and offering the context and care people need to do their best work.
In owning the product experience, I stay closely aligned with product teams and parallel experiences to ensure we’re solving the right problems in the right ways. I take responsibility for how flows connect, how our solutions scale, and how the pieces come together into a cohesive whole. I’m here to support, guide, and unblock, but I also know what needs to be done and when to move. I believe in making swift, informed decisions — and if something doesn’t land, I adjust quickly and help the team pivot with focus and calm. Progress doesn’t require perfection; it requires momentum, clarity, and trust.
I act as a connector between design and leadership — ensuring our work is clearly understood, strategically framed, and ready to land well. I bring a sharp eye and a steady presence, and I would never let a designer go into a leadership review unprepared. Whether it’s shaping the narrative, anticipating questions, or simply being in their corner, I work to create the conditions for great work to shine.
