Great X, the crypto currency investment platform that we had previously worked with, needed design and development of a widget-like operation that allows user to view their predict the return on their investment given the inputed parameters.
The Solution
Investors need a method of predicting the return on each property investment given their level of initial commitment.
The Problem
The Great X Calculator takes into account the property, asset appreciation, hotel performance (occupancy and ADP), and tenure in order to calculate both the total and per annum return on investment.
